  1. anti usa Says:

it’s a plastic surgery made on face by poker players.because while player losing the game, his face turns red or chage color.so another players notice his bad hand…

  2. screamin_rebel Says:

    not showing any emotions.

  3. sunshine Says:

no expressions and show no emotion

  4. JediKnut Says:

While playing Poker, since you don’t want to show any expressions on your face (either happiness at good cards or unhappiness at bad cards), you try & keep an expression-less face. This is vital, so the other players can’t guess at your cards by sensing your emotions & can’t bet according to what they think you have.

So the term ‘poker face’ is basically keeping a straight face, with no emotions or expressions.

  5. AvaMay Says:

Means that you dont have any expression on your face so that the rest of the players dont know what hand you have…

A blank face… You can’t tell if he’s ecstatic about a royal flush or a little psycho about his losing hand, 2 cards short of a 4 of a kind…. Does he have you beat, or is it a bluff? A poker face reveals no clue!

Have you ever seen jack in the box TV advertisements, that is a poker face, Blank look at your cards.

keeping a straight face even when lying, in other words not showing what you’re thinking.
